Cocoa Coconut Almond Banana Smoothie

This is an excellent smoothie after working out. It is not nut free! This is a perfect combination of fat, carbs and protein!

  1. 1 Banana “can be frozen”
  2. 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  3. 1 tbsp. Organic Almond Butter
  4. 3 tbsp. Yogourt
  5. 1tsp cocoa powder
  6. ½ cup ice
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth!
  2. Enjoy!
