A couple of weeks ago I had a craving for a burger, so me and my other half chose to try the gluten free burger at GBK (http://www.gbk.co.uk).
GBK in addition to their normal menu also has a gluten free menu, which is very impressive. Apart from a good selection of burgers they also have sides available.
I decided to go for the blue cheese burger, totally my favourite.
The meat was cooked very well, the way I asked, medium rare, plus it was very juicy and combined with the relish, salad and blue cheese sauce, it was very nice.
Unfortunately the gluten free bun wasn’t toasted too much and was crumbling a lot, so was very difficult eating it without a knife and fork. The portion size was great; the burger was big enough, plus the side dishes we had made me feel totally stuffed after wards.
Overall, I had a very nice experience; apart from the crumbling bun it was an amazing meal.
unfortunately sweet potato fries are deep fried in the same fryer as normal fries
